CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
You can play a part in preparing your child for his or her first visit to our office. Informing your child of the visit as an exciting experience for both of you can ease any hesitations. As a parent try to act relaxed, since your child may sense any anxiety on your part.
Explain to your child that the doctor will “count, brush, and maybe take pictures of their teeth”. We also ask that you assume the role of a silent observer. Cooperation and trust must be established directly between the doctor, staff, and your child and not through you. Your child may become confused if receiving instructions from multiple sources.
Our office, as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, recommends that your child visit the dentist by their 1st birthday. At this visit, we will examine your child’s oral cavity and provide the parent with oral hygiene instructions. This infant appointment gives the parent valuable information and to start your child on the right path to years of good dental health. Our goal for your child is a beautiful smile with strong healthy teeth for a lifetime.
We anticipate a long-term relationship with our patients and their families. We strive to provide a positive dental experience and the highest quality dental care possible in a nurturing environment. Working together, we hope to ensure your child enjoys good oral health and a smile that last a lifetime.
We file most dental claims electronically as a courtesy to our patients. You will be responsible for any deductibles, co-payments or balances not covered by your insurance at the time of your appointment. It is important that you keep us up to date on any changes to your policy. Filing insurance is not a guarantee of payment. Exact payment is not determined until the actual claim has been processed. Dental insurance is meant to be an aid in receiving dental care. Our office recommends treatment based on your child’s needs, not what insurance will cover.
Payment for services are due at the time of dental treatment. Please be familiar with the terms of your insurance policy and be prepared for any co-payments. We accept cash, personal checks, and most debit and major credit cards. If you have any questions please feel free to ask our business staff.
Our office accepts CareCredit which is a credit card that can help manage your family’s out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. For more information or an application, contact our office or go to www.carecredit.com
